About me

I have been in the food manufacturing business for over 10 years, and I’ve seen the ups and downs of the business. I live in Dallas, Texas, a hub of innovation in the food space and a friendly place to do business. My primary business is frozen food co-packing, and I have experience in branded and foodservice products, manufacturing equipment and processes, manufacturing facility management, and many more areas. My goal with Frozen Food Manufacturing is to create a central destination to highlight trends and insights that I find interesting and helpful to others in the industry.

The frozen food industry is experiencing enormous growth and tremendous innovation. During the pandemic, consumers bought frozen food as they prepared to spend more time at home. Many of these consumers had never purchased frozen foods before. This gave rise to a new group of frozen food consumers who came to realize the benefits and quality of frozen food. The world of frozen food is growing and changing rapidly. I am excited to be a part of it and look forward to bringing insights to you.
